CSV to JSON Converter
Turn a CSV file with a header row into a JSON array, with numbers and booleans typed.
Part of developer tools.
What you get
The first row is read as the header and every following row becomes a JSON object. Numbers, true/false and empty cells are typed rather than left as strings, and dotted headers such as user.name are nested back into objects — the exact reverse of the JSON to CSV converter.
Delimiters
Leave the comma selected for most files; switch to semicolon, tab or pipe if your export uses one. Quoted fields containing delimiters or line breaks are handled.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser — nothing you paste is sent to a server, so payloads with customer data or credentials stay on your machine. Large inputs of several megabytes are processed once you stop typing, without freezing the page.
