PDF tools that never upload your documents
Merge, split, reorder, rotate and remove pages, and convert between PDF and images — all done by your own browser, with nothing sent to a server.
Your contract stays on your computer
The PDFs people need to merge or split are rarely brochures. They are signed contracts, payslips, tax returns, medical results and scanned IDs — exactly the documents that should not be uploaded to a server you know nothing about. Every tool here opens the file inside your browser tab, edits it in memory and hands the result back as a download produced on your own machine. Disconnect from the network once the page has loaded and it still works: that is the proof worth having.
Editing pages without touching their content
Merging, splitting, removing, reordering and rotating are all the same operation underneath: a new PDF is assembled from pages of the old ones. The pages are copied as they are — text stays selectable, vector drawings stay sharp, fonts and links come along — so nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed and the quality does not drop. Rotation is stored as a page attribute, the way a PDF reader would do it, rather than by redrawing the page.
Between PDF and images
PDF to JPG renders each page the way a viewer would, at 72, 150 or 300 DPI: 150 is right for a screen or an email, 300 for printing. Pick PNG instead for pages of text and diagrams, where JPEG blurs the edges. JPG to PDF goes the other way, one image per page on A4, Letter or a page the size of the picture — the usual way to send a set of phone photos of a document as a single file. Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened here; remove the protection in the app that set it first.
