The math
4:5 is 0.8:1: the width is 4/5 times the height. To get a height from a width, multiply by 5 and divide by 4 — 1080 × 5 ÷ 4 = 1350. That is the 1080×1350 in the table. The calculator above does the same for any width or height, and gives the ratio of any size in the other mode.
