Each page is rendered by pdf.js, the engine behind Firefox’s PDF viewer, the way it would appear on screen. 72 DPI gives a small preview, 150 DPI suits screens and emails, 300 DPI is the one for printing. JPG keeps photos small; PNG is the better choice for pages of text, tables and diagrams, whose sharp edges JPEG smudges.
Only the pages you want
Leave the page field empty to convert everything, or type a selection such as 1-3, 7 to render only those pages. Each image gets its own download, named after the PDF and the page number.
Rendered on your device
The document is never uploaded — rendering happens on a canvas in this tab. Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened; remove the protection first.
